Salesforce Lead Developer - Sales & Service Cloud (8-12 yrs)

Technical Skills : Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Flows, Salesforce integration, Triggers, Data migration, API, SOQL, LWC and Agile.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development.

- Extensive experience in providing solutions to clients.

- Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages - Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On integration techniques.

- Experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.

- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Customer 360.

- Experience with Salesforce Declarative development using flows, Lightning App Builder, etc.

- Experience with agile software development.

- Salesforce certification is required.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and best practices.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business objectives.

- Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer 360.

- Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to provide the best solutions to clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
