Retail Sales Trainer (6-8 yrs)

Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a training or staff development role within a retail environment.

- Strong understanding of retail processes, customer service principles, and sales techniques.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques.

- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in training and development is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various retail roles, encompassing product knowledge, customer service skills, sales techniques, and operational procedures.

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for retail staff using diverse training methods, including classroom training, on-the-job training, and e-learning.

- Collaborate with retail management to schedule training sessions and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance evaluations, and utilize data to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail operations and training methodologies, and incorporate relevant insights into training initiatives.

- Provide coaching and support to retail staff to reinforce learning and encourage skill development.

- Foster positive working relationships with retail managers and HR personnel to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
