Job Description
- Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Solution Architect ( Test Automation) , and you will be an extended part of the client s technical team, ensuring automation solutions are running effectively
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices
- You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists team
- You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit
Expected Activities:
- Support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Provide developers with customers feedback and contribute to the identification and creation of new features or products
- Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
- Deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g., Health checks) and proactively analyze customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Collaborate cross-departmentally within UiPath to establish and communicate best practices
- Build and manage a passionate, customer-centric, outcome-driven team to deliver upon your portfolio
- Ensure the quality of your teams service delivery, operations, and relationship management
- Provide mentoring, career development, and performance management to guide the continuous improvement of your team
- Postgraduate / Graduate in computer science or a related field.
- Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry in enterprise software consulting, or business development preferably with a background in Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or similar) products and solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and other SAP LOB Solutions, as well as SAP integration technologies.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Business Automation Platform and its integration with SAP systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products, as well as Salesforce integration technologies.
- Solid knowledge of agile software development and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in specific test automation scripting languages and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) would be a plus.
- Understanding of enterprise-wide testing strategies, methodologies, and value drivers.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with executives and key stakeholders
- Proficiency in leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion to work and learn fast in a fast-paced, high-energy, and challenging environment with peers who challenge you to improve.
- Thrive to learn and improve sales and marketing skills.
- Has proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation.
