Team Lead Telecoms

• Analyze and design projects for telecommunication towers including the preparation of reports with results and recommendations.
• Analyze and design projects for telecommunication rooftop installations and analysis of imposed loading to building structures.
• Perform structural calculations and propose methods of reinforcing if necessary.
• Assist the project manager with the completion of the analysis and correction of drawings.
• Prepare specifications and other technical documentation.
• Prepare budgetary estimates to assist project manager.
• Coordinate work with technicians and inspectors working on the project.
• Perform other related duties as project implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in structures, a master's degree would be an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of the S37 and S16 standard. Other standards such as A23.3 is an asset
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural design in telecommunications and other structures. (building and / or other types of structures)
• Experience in "rooftop" structures considered an asset.
• Sense of initiative, attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Bilingualism an asset.
