Job Description

This role will be based in the Noida office.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the overall production of standard proposals/qualifications and other marketing materials with direct supervision
- Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including verifying and formatting proposal information.
- Coordination and production of proposal materials
- Maintains proposal, qualification, and marketing files, including resumes, project descriptions, and marketing database
- Supports client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings
- May coordinate communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects
- Other duties as assigned
Key Competencies / Skills
- Bachelor s degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering, journalism or English
- 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, marketing strategy development, group facilitation, and teamwork
- Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment
- Ability to build trust and influence others and work with all levels of staff
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) , SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
- A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, and can effectively multitask
- Cultural awareness, conscientious and open mind
- Experience in engineering consultancy preferred
- Able to work during EST timings
