Assistant Vice President - Data Analytics - Insurance Domain (5-12 yrs)

AVP-Data Analytics (Insurance domain)

We are hiring for AVP Data Analytics who has experience in the Insurance domain or has worked on Insurance projects.

The candidate would be responsible for :

- To Develop statistical/predictive/ML model, if required, to solve the business problem.

- To nurture and mentor, the team of senior data analysts and data scientists.

- Good knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling concepts.

Qualification & Requirements :

- 5-12 years of hands-on and strong experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Predictive.

Modeling/ML/AI :

- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, Python and respective libraries.

- Experience in Amazon Web Services (Lamda, SNS, SQS, RDS, EC2, KMS, etc.) environment, Sagemaker and QuickSight preferred.

- Insurance, other banking/financial industry, FinTech, HealhTech experience preferred.

- Understanding of Credit Risk Assessment, alternate risk scoring, credit profiling & segmentation, dynamic pricing model based on risk profile, fraud prevention preferred.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Statistics.
