Head - Emotional Fitness
- The Head of Emotional Fitness is responsible for designing and implementing programs that help employees maintain emotional well-being.
- This includes introducing emotional intelligence concepts, promoting positivity, and ensuring a culture of Inner Excellence at GMR.
- The goal is to improve productivity, job satisfaction, and overall success through emotional well-being.
Reporting Structure:
The role reports to the COE Head - Learning & Development (L&D).
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Induction & Leadership Training:
- Educate new employees about emotional fitness during their induction.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with new leaders to introduce them to GMR's emotional fitness culture.
Workshops & Training Programs:
- Conduct Emotional Fitness Workshops for employees (half-day workshops, at least once in three years).
Organize monthly workshops.
- Manage the PQ (Positive Intelligence) Program, ensuring employees and senior leaders use the PQ app for emotional well-being.
Wellness & Spirituality Initiatives:
- Arrange Digital Wellness Sessions (twice a year at all locations) in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris.
- Celebrate International Yoga Day (June 21 - July 20) with yoga and spiritual programs across locations.
- Celebrate International Meditation Day (December 1 - January 20) with meditation programs.
- Conduct Value Education Certificate Programs in partnership with spiritual organizations like Brahma Kumaris at GMR Skill Training Centers and Aviation Schools (Hyderabad & Delhi).
- Organize Sahaj Yoga Meditation Sessions across locations.
Lectures, Prayer Sessions & Volunteering:
- Conduct quarterly lectures on Inner Excellence by spiritual leaders.
- Organize weekly prayer sessions every Monday.
- Promote individual social responsibility by encouraging employees to contribute 16 hours of social volunteering per year.
- Run Contributor Personality Programs to help employees develop a giving mindset.
Content & Networking:
- Manage a repository of content on Inner Excellence for employees.
- Collaborate with spiritual organizations and leaders to conduct programs.
- Connect with other corporates to learn best practices.
