JOB PURPOSE:
To design initiatives to promote and drive organizational values , enabling multi-generation employees across the group to have deeper understanding of values and inspire them to demonstrate these values to create a unique and high-performance culture.
To design program content & ensue high quality delivery of learning programs for diverse set of employees including multi-generational, across hierarchy and multiple businesses within Group.

Values Trainers Programs:
- Select People Mangers are trained every year as Value Trainers - Six months "Living Values" Training sessions for People Managers selected from all businesses and all locations

- Inner Excellence (Spirituality) Initiative
- Hosting Weekly prayer sessions
- Organizing Seminars/knowledge/practice sessions by spiritual organizations/personalities
- Organizing Training & Certification programs at locations by spiritual organizations

- Conducting Values Fairs/Values Weeks/Value Orientation sessions for various businesses
- Preparing and rolling out E-Learning Programs

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in fields such as communication, psychology or sociology
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 16 to 20 years of experience with leadership programs, a deep understanding of culture, values and Beliefs, and a proven track record in the L&D field as a trainer.
