- Accounting Expertise: Manage a broad spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
- Financial Reporting Champion: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Tax Compliance Specialist: Handle tax related processes like TDS and GST deductions, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Income Tax Savvy: Apply sound knowledge of income tax regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Technology Proficient: Utilize accounting software and MS Office suite efficiently to streamline accounting processes and generate reports.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
- Team Leader: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and support colleagues in achieving accounting goals.
- Accuracy & Efficiency: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high levels of accuracy in all accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Accounting Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) and tax regulations (TDS, GST, Income Tax).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite for efficient data management and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively and relay financial information clearly.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate colleagues in a team environment (a plus).
- Academic Background: CA qualification or a relevant accounting degree (preferred)
