Executive - Sales - Facility Management Firm (2-6 yrs)

This job would NOT require the candidate to travel to different places as it would be an office sales job only.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the requirements of new customers and give them appropriate quotation

2. Attend to inquiries of customers over Indiamart, JustDial, Tradeindia and other leads from other social media platforms

3. Reply appropriately to all inquiries regularly received over mail

4. Follow up regarding the status of order and once order is finalised, follow up regarding dispatch of the material as per the order with the dispatch team

5. Tracking the outstanding amounts of the customers and following up with them for prompt and timely payments

6. Timely follow up with some of the existing customers for their routine business requirements

7. Prior knowledge of Tally would be added advantage

Preference:

1. Working days: Monday to Saturday

2. Leave: 25 leave days excluding major public holidays;

Skills:

Qualification:

1. Should be minimum graduate;

2. Prior experience of handling sales of at least 2 years would be preferred;
