Position Overview:
ObjECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Quality and Integrity Proactively improve data quality by identifying gaps, cleansing datasets, and implementing data governance best practices. Ensure that our CRM data is reliable and can support advanced analytics efforts.
- Reporting and Visualization Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, customer segmentation, and market trends to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to analyze marketing data. Apply these methods to develop customer segmentation strategies, propensity models, and other analytics solutions to support marketing goals.
- Innovation and Recommendations As part of the Marketing Analytics team, bring innovative ideas to improve our ability to leverage data for deeper marketing insights. Recommend new data sources, tools, and technologies that can enhance analytics capabilities.
What You Will Bring:
- Technical Skills Advanced SQL skills; proficiency with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- CRM and Marketing Tools Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, along with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data sources.
- Analytical Mindset Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- Communication Skills Ability to effectively communicate data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in creating compelling data presentations and reports.
- Self-Starter Must be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to independently drive data projects and initiatives.
Education:
- Masters in an analytics oriented field (e.g., statistics, marketing analytics, business analytics).
