🚀 Were Hiring: IT System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Support Engineer
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Are you passionate about maintaining robust IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless system performance? Zenplus Private Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to join our growing team!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ System & Server Administration

• Manage Windows Server 2016/2022, Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, and Group Policies
• Perform system installations, configurations, hardening, and routine health checks
• Handle patch management using WSUS
  

💾 Backup & Recovery

• Administer Druva backup and Voice Logger backup solutions
• Monitor backup jobs and execute data restorations when required

☁️ Virtualization & Cloud

• Provide basic/intermediate support for VMware and Nutanix
• Administer G Suite (Google Workspace) environments
  

🔐 Network & Security

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, desktop/laptop issues, and network printer problems
• Manage firewalls (Sophos, Fortigate); antivirus and DLP knowledge is a plus
• Support video conferencing tools and web servers (IIS, Apache, NGINX)
  

🧑‍💻 End User & Application Support

• Offer L1 support and escalate L2/L3 issues to vendors
• Assist with Office tools, Outlook, Tally, and Infor Sun System 6.4 ERP

🧾 Asset Management & Documentation

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for major issues
  

✅ Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or support roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
• Certifications like MCSE, CompTIA, VMware, Sophos, or Fortinet are a plus
• Basic understanding of MS SQL, MySQL, and Linux is desirable
