Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of mechanics and technicians.
• Operational Management: Planning and coordinating workshop activities, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
• Inventory Control:Managing parts and supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ordering materials as needed.
• Quality Control :Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work are performed to the highest standards, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Financial Management:Budgeting, cost control, and ensuring the profitability of the workshop.
• Safety and Compliance:Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Expertise:Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and vehicle repair techniques.
• Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, inventory levels, and other relevant information.
• Liaising with Suppliers and OEM Representatives:Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and other relevant stakeholders.
