Zepto - Business Analyst - IIT/BITS/NIT (1-3 yrs)

Core Areas: Analytics, Reporting, Data Visualization

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, create, and maintain regular reports and dashboards for ongoing business activities

- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required to support fast, data-driven decisions

- Extract, explore, and analyze data to uncover insights, generate hypotheses, and build structured analysis

- Automate routine data pulls, reporting, and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Work with Manager to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 Engineering College

- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience in eCommerce, qCommerce or a similar domain

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of Python with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

- Familiarity with business analytics and reporting for high-level executives
