Your Role:

Benefits management:

- Comprehensive Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and enhancement of employee benefits programs, including benchmarking, driving adoption, managing vendor relationships, and designing benefit plans

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring smooth vendor relationships, conducting employee benefit orientations, and maintaining program integrity

- Strategic Recommendations: Analyze and recommend improvements or changes to the employee benefit offerings based on cost analysis, employee feedback, system capabilities, and alignment with strategic business goals

- Effective Communication: Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees are fully informed and engaged with benefit programs, supporting specific initiatives as needed

- Employer Brand Leadership: Spearhead communication efforts to position Zepto as a leader in employee benefits and well-being, strengthening the company's employer brand within the industry

What We're Looking For:

- MBA in HR with 2+ years of experience in Benefits Management in Product/GCC/Internet/E-commerce/Startup Organisations

- Hands-on experience in managing benefits

- Vendor management and budget management experience

- Strong project management, process execution, innovation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

- Self-starters, high ownership and end-to-end project management/execution experience
