Technical Expertise :

- Microsoft Power Platform : In-depth knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for designing and implementing scalable solutions.

- CRM Technologies : Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM, and an understanding of all CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).

- End-to-End Solution Design : Ability to design and architect CRM solutions, including data modeling, entity design, and security models.

- Integration and Data Management : Expertise in integrating D365 CRM with other systems, data migration, and ensuring data integrity.

- Project Management and Leadership

- Client Engagement and Communication

- Mentorship and Development

Good to have :

- Web Technologies : Proficiency in technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, SOAP, REST.

- Database Knowledge : Strong understanding of database concepts, data analysis, and design within an SDLC environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Leverage extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform systems and process flows to aid analyses and recommendations for solution offerings;

- Practical experience in understanding complex client requirements and process mapping to design flexible and scalable solutions. Lead systems implementations and detailed functional/technical system design

- Manage SDLC implementation with large cross-functional global teams.

- Facilitate project execution by providing support in project-level issue resolution and scope management. Ensure quality of all project deliverables;

- Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.

- Strong client presence. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences

- Ability to manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects

- Help with the selling process including writing proposals and giving product demos

- Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills; Mentor and develop junior team members;

- Detailed oriented and should be able to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables

Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/master's engineering degree with specialization in Computer or IT or other computer related disciplines.

- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in leading delivery of one or multiple CRM projects

- Hands-on experience of working with CRM technologies and Power Platform suite

- Must have excellent functional knowledge of all CRM modules

- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CRM platform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability.

- Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture.

- Develop integration strategies and design integration solutions between D365 CRM and other systems within the organization's IT landscape, as well as with third-party applications and external data sources.

- Design the data model, entities, attributes, and relationships in D365 CRM to ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance.

- Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring that the implemented solution complies with relevant security and data privacy standards.

- Collaborating with clients or internal teams to implement CRM solutions effectively

- Strong understanding of Business process in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance and Project Operations.

- Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.

- Expertise in Data Migration Strategy, Data Modelling, and data Integration

- Participating in application upgrades and executing post-install activities such as smoke testing

- Providing technical expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform

- Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects.
