Sharing store opening PPT pictures

Vendor Management

Following up with vendors for execution

Ensuring the quality inspection of work

Building the local vendor base for works

Revenue Profitability & Increasing Retail efficiency
Adhering the timeline process for all window | Campaign execution Building and training the team on all new campaign | Execution Ensuring quality of execution for all the region | Execution pictures review Developing Business tool process for enhancing the revenue| Weekly | Monthly Mapping low performing stores and sharing the data with HO VM team

VM Training and development

Quarterly & Monthly Review Process | New Ideas Direction
New Joinee Induction process on SIS & Creative part
Reports on all training conducted Monthly | Weekly from AVM|RVM
