Job Description
- Design compelling creatives, banners, Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), Catalogues, battle cards, and other sales enablement materials to drive sales.
- Work closely with the leadership team to determine key online and offline experiences, including events, end-to-end.
- Manage Social Media Platforms for content management and Vendor Partner Portals.
- Manage the overall events calendar, plan each event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives, ensuring event deliverables are executed on time, event logistics, and vendor management to ensure the operational success of the event.
- Track all events for region and year including event goals, budgets, and pre-and post-event deliverables, track Leads, measure event (ROI), etc.
- Manage the organization s participation in industry events end-to-end, including brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design, and vendor interactions.
- Partner with the product marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing teams to make the event successful.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans within allocated budgets, ensuring adherence to vendor guidelines.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including Email Marketing, On-Ground Events, Round-Table discussions, Sales Power Calling Activities, and Recreational Activities.
- Strategize and execute Paid campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Create and manage a comprehensive digital marketing plan to achieve website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber targets, leveraging third-party vendors as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather feedback on the quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from campaigns.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing events management, preferably in the [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with vendor management and budget management.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
