Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop analytical methods for Vaccine products using techniques such as ELISA, PCR, RT-PCR, DNA extraction, and biochemical assays.
• experience working with Immunoassays or ELISAs for viral titre determinations
• product construct or primer designing to support molecular characterisation of viral DNA or bacterial DNA
• Conduct method validation and transfer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• experience with handling cell lines, cell culture techniques and cell-based assays
• experience for detection or quantification of viral DNA/ RNA or any other product, characterisation using RT-PCR, q-PCR DD-PCR
• support clinical serology any Immunogenicity assays or Bio analytical method exposure
