Product Manager - Automation | Salesforce Excellence

Areas Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Architecture:

Design scalable, future-proof systemic solutions

Ensure secure, reliable, and optimized system architecture

2. Product Functionalities:

Understand the product in full detail, from functional as well as technical lens

Create a future roadmap for the product for short term & long term

Interact with all the stakeholders and users to design and add new functionalities to the product

Optimize existing functionalities of the product in line with the latest business processes

3. New Development Project Management:

Manage multiple new development projects with the help of dedicated team members

Ensure detailed project plans and timelines

Monitor project progress and address issues on a regular basis

Build strong relationships with vendors and partners

4. Product Support

Ensure smooth functioning of the product for all users

Drive support function for quick resolution of issues / bugs

Minimize issues / bugs by proactively solving for issues

Education:

B.E., Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, IT or related field

M.B.A or Masters degree

Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or project management are a plus

Several years of experience in product management, preferably in the sales or CRM domain.

Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Repforce, Phyzii, Veeva, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), programming languages (e.g., .NET), and database management (e.g., SQL).
