Role & responsibilities
Responsible for primary sales to distributors and secondary sales in the markets assigned
Identify potential Foodservices towns and appoint distributors in those towns where Zydus doesn't have a presence for new business development.
Coordinating with distributors and branch team for commercials like collections, claims etc. Manage the Distribution of Zydus Wellness products supported by a team of distributors/territory sales person who cater to the customers in these markets
Responsible for ensuring stocks levels as per company guidelines at distributor points
Meet premium institutional customers like star hotels, restaurants, Bakery, cafes etc. on a daily basis for sales of Zydus products.
Interact with purchase managers and chefs of various food service channels.
Look out for new products/packs from competition and any other competitor activity
Continuously gather data on competitor pricing, sales, customers etc. and analyses sales data and past trends.
Identifying opportunities in alternate institutional channels for Zydus products, eg. schools / corporate canteens etc.
Understand and ensure profitable / sustained growth of business and strong orientation to commercial terms, profitability calculations etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must be presentable and good communication skills with good accent.
Preferably from FMCG Institutional / Key Account Sales Background.
Candidate must have experience in Horeca / Institutional Sales.
