International Voice Process Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Ability to communicate with international Clients / Customers and Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.

Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly.

Should have an excellent English communication skills

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Preferred candidate profile:

Work experience in an Int. Customer Service Voice Process.

Fresher Can Apply:

Candidate with more than 2 years of relevant work experience will be considered as Sr. CSA

Candidates should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational / Night Shifts, Split week off.

5 Days working per week / 2 split week off
