Likes

Flexible timing in prepress so that employee can manage there other works too. Canteen available in all shifts.

Dislikes

Increment policy is not consistent. They delay increment every year by 4 to 6 months. Basically they give increment in 1.5year once. They do not give promotion by working skills. They give promotion only to buttering employees. 👎
