Indian management is too poor and this is un matched with AkzoNobel global platform, no proper market study or a proper marketing team for the business, once you plan exit after working for 7-8 years and even non moving to competition too they treat like enemy from next day , no proper internal bonding b/w manager and team , no goodwords or farewell once you resign, you need to showcase yourself what you had done and need to bargain for the appraisal. No work life balance due to wrong commitment of fig by manager to upper management and to Channel partners to survive the situations and making improper adjustment for balancing leads to worst work life. Distribution driven company with limited market expansion , Proper involvement is required from the higher management to monitor the market thoroughly.
