Favourism towards non-Kannada speaking, south Indians is more. If you know Telgu or Tamil this is the company you should work. 24 hours a day are also less. People are made to work sometimes more than 24 hours and not even a cup of good tea will be provided. Employee food is served with most un hygienic plates. Your treatment in thecompany is not based on how you work for company but for elite few. Promotions and salary increments are also ment for those few & and you should have Telgu or Tamil speaking criteria. I can write a book on how A BRAND LIKE APOLLO TREATS ITS EMPLOYEES but if you speak up that means you need to leave the company which will be facilitated by their counter parts from Chennai using all ill means. Lastly working Hours means your log in is only counted, 8 to 9 hours is just to tell but 12 to 14 hours is average time spent by an employee still supervisor level and when told our shift is over, you get a nice reply saying you could not complete your work in given time so finish it and go whereas that last work will be assigned to you just at the time when your shift will be to end....Read More
