Amber is our AI-driven employee experience chatbot, that engages with Aspirians at specific milestones (e.g., 15, 45, 90 days for new joiners and annually thereafter) to gather insights about their experience and work culture. Amber generates a sentiment score-the number of people to meet for serious concerns, enabling HR Partners to respond proactively. Amber has become synonymous with security and confidence among Aspirians.

Tech Quest

Tech Quest is Aspire’s annual tech celebration that provides an opportunity to Aspirians to showcase their technology expertise and passion through various competitions such as hackathons, bug hunts, tech quizzes, digital treasure hunts and more.
