Nothing much. By far the wrong decision made in choosing the right job.

Dislikes

HOD doesn't check on the executives. Listens to what AM or Managers say and based on that review decides the fate of the executive designer. Not a healthy way to work. No ethics.

Likes

Salary is best in the industry. Other MNC benefits like 5 day a week, lexi work hours, medical and personal insurance and presently work from home etc is there.

Dislikes

Hell lot of politics. Inter-departmental clashes. Very slow career growth. Job security is very low.

Very bad experience. Lots of politics and no one hear you out.
