No work life balance, Absolutely no ethics and basics like soft skills, professionalism Unfair assignment of work and tons of politics while doing so. No communication on the career path, No good hikes in salary let alone the promotions. Company culture is no culture, there are no standards and procedures and processes to adhere as the roles and responsibilities blurred and very thin line of work KRAs and huge grey line role.
