Dislikes

Seniors, leader, people managers and managers are all biased and a lot of favouritism at each level and unfair conduct. Also, demotivating and humiliation. Specially in the MACS department (marketing, automation and creative services). No planning for resources hired, lack of projects. No clarity for review processes, hike etc. always changing rules. No guidance from department leaders.

I did not like it that much because overall there is lot of politics Still it may vary at project level

Promotions At the time of promotion managements only work is how to avoid it They will say you later like it was HRS mistake and all But will not correct it Overall not a good decision to join there of you have other offers
