My time working on the Axis project has been a total nightmare. Being at the client site feels like I’m stuck in a chaotic fish market. We get treated like we're not even human, with zero respect coming our way. The office situation is downright unacceptable; basic hygiene just doesn’t exist. There aren’t even proper facilities likea decent cafeteria, locker rooms, or clean restrooms. We only have two coffee machines, and they barely work, running for just two hours each day. The canteen is crawling with rats, and you can spot cockroaches roaming around the tables and cooking areas. The water tank is disgusting, and honestly, if you drink from it often, you’re likely heading for the hospital. Plus, good luck getting any support from teammates, trainers, or managers—they act like they’re the big bosses and treat employees like they don’t matter at all. Time off for emergencies? Don’t count on it. They’ll give you 2.5 days a month, but good luck getting anything approved even for a valid reason....Read More
