There's nothing to like about it.. worst management, full of double standards

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about etech... They don't give you appraisal.. even if you are falling for full 11percent slab, i was told that you will not get full 11 pct and only 4 pct increment will be given . Worst management.

It is heaven for fresher and who do not have experience in sales they can learn and earn in good amount.
