You’ll emerge with a PhD in dodging drama—or not, because it’s inescapable. Favoritism as an Art Form: The management has perfected the craft of playing favorites. If you’re not in the inner circle (or haven’t mastered the art of flattery), enjoy watching less-qualified colleagues soar to promotions you’ll never sniff. Night Shifts Galore: Love the vampire lifestyle? Etech’s unpredictable, often mandatory night shifts will ensure you never see daylight again. Bonus points: they’ll promise daytime schedules and then laugh as you clock in at 2 AM. Transport Allowance (Sometimes): When they’re not deducting random amounts from your paycheck for mysterious reasons, they might toss in a transport allowance. No reason needed—just a whim from a manager who didn’t like your face that day. May the odds be never in your favor. Job Security? What’s That?: Once they’ve squeezed every ounce of work out of you, prepare for the grand exit. Etech has a knack for kicking employees to the curb the moment they’re deemed “surplus.” It’s like being dumped via text after years of loyalty. Transparency is a Myth: Promotions? Appraisals? Clear criteria? Ha! Expect decisions to be made in smoky backrooms (metaphorically, of course) with zero explanation. If you’re not a mind reader, tough luck. Work-Life Balance? LOL: Etech believes holidays are for the weak. Expect calls during your “time off” and workloads that make burnout feel like a personality trait. Work-life balance is just a buzzword they toss around in HR emails. Advice: Run, Don’t Walk: If you value your sanity, self-respect, or career growth, steer clear of Etech Gandhinagar.
