Very bad experience in the company. Work culture is bad in most of the teams and i would say 90% teams the culture is toxic. Coming to the company policies, even if its not employee friendly thats fine. But its employee toxic. You get zero variable pay even if you have worked the whole assessment period. Employee should not be in notice period when variable pay is credited and not decided. So technically only after may1 you can put ur papers and already you would have spent 45% of assessment year.
