How do we plan for your success at ExtraaEdge?

- For the first couple of months, during your probation period, you will be given hands-on training about the product, the culture, what our industry looks like, what our customers look like etc. We will even assign you a buddy who will help you wade through all of this!
- You will be assigned goals that are aligned with our vision and given the freedom to achieve them in the best way possible.
- Every quarter we have team-wise review sessions to see what went right, what went wrong, and what we can do better.
- We allocate 10k to every member for their upskilling and learning.
- Additionally, you get the opportunity to get mentored and coached directly by the cofounders.
