1. Late Sitting everyday without any overtime allowance and you can't deny to do . 2. As per leave policy you have 36 leaves. but you will be allowed to take on 10-12 leaves a year by your manager else who is going to do complete the work , If you are on leave. Even after this you can't share this complain with you HR because operation manager and HR are friends, So you are going to face consequences for your complaints. 3. Even if you are on sick leave you are going to get a call from your colleagues and manager and they will ask you to complete any task . 4.HR knows about the work life balance but they are not going to do anything because they have no work to do in this company, so they leave the office the office on time and enjoy all the 36 leaves. sometimes it seems that the policy of shift timing and leaves policy is for HR department not for other departments. Final Verdict If you want to spend your time with family and have mental peace , then don't join this company. Because whosoever has joined the company and get a chance to move , has moved within 1 month. Attrition rate is so high still HR and management are acting like blinds.
