Work pressure every time and morning you come office before shift time but you out office shift end after 1 hour otherwise 30 to 40 minutes daily.

the Work culture as HR executive ( Helpdesk associate ) was Awesome, the management was really friendly. Supportive, and they also understand your family problems, your personal problems, and yes their is politics just like every other company, but Saturdays were the FUN days, and AVP, DVP, senior managers used to handout with us, dance, team lunch and everything was perfect. but I had to leave because of salary, but If i get a chance to join Globiva back, I would love to, yes with increased salary...Read More
