Working in Mhalunge Pune west team, It was a very Horrible experience. Exceptionally toxic culter created by Neha Pawar, Sarthak Shinde, Moinuddin and Moina Shaikh. These people don't run the organization they have their mafiya gang to work for them. Pathetic environment. These people never appreciate the work. They only appreciate to their chamchas. Increment and promotions are based on the deep you show your clevage. Neha Pawar is Pathetic and irresponsible manager who doesn't understand the basics of job. She is insecure and psycho women.
