Goel Ganga Developments is a product of pure passion and love for providing housing solutions to the city of Pune. Established in the year 1982, by our visionary director Late Shri Umesh Goel, whose firm belief was in the philosophy that “life takes you places but love brings you home” & home is where the heart is. He wanted to provide a good living and a better future for the house seekers in the city. The same passion and love for real estate have helped us in completing more than 4.1 Crore Sqft area with more than 80+ completed projects and more than 20,000+ families calling Goel Ganga’s Projects their “Happy Home”. It’s almost four decades that we have been dedicated to providing affordable housing and a better lifestyle to the city of Pune.
