1. There is no pressure to join office. Developer basically can work from anywhere (home town). Only band 1, 2 and above 8 compulsory to join office. 2. Job Security is there till you are an milking cow.

Dislikes

1. No promotion. Management is completely bias to few people. They can stay and get promoted every two years irrespective of their performance. Tipical indian baniya mentality. 2. No salary: I spent 8 years but got negligible increment over the years. Every year they some or another reason
