Joining HTC and working to their clients is better. You will have good growth. Payroll will be HTC and will be deployed to client location . Only good thing.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. Senior members expect you to be online 24*7 3. Top level management is too bad. Micro management. 4. Almost all VP, Directors and senior manager's are here since HTC established. So they started from scratch and now in that position with minimal salary hike compared to market standards. 5. Don't know themeaning of emergency leave. 6. Worst work culture and toxic environment....Read More
