Nothing to like about being at IBM, they hire you doing false promises and teach you policies and BCG what they won't even follow when comes to reward employee or keeping up with the employee engagement.

Dislikes

False promises. Poor management and just name sake of integrity. They expect integrity from employees but fails to keep it themself! They make anyone manager and the manager is the only person you can go to for anything. Manager are so underskilled, and not even eligible to be managers and they have control about everything in your career at IBM! It is purely a manager driven company..
