This company offers a higher salary compared to other BPOs in Noida, and salary is always credited on time.

Dislikes

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think.
