Vison of the organisation - To loot money in the name of poor and illetrate people - They say platform fee of 5-8% but they can charge anything up to 100% depending on how innocent and illiterate the person is. No work life balance - They make you work for 12 hours everyday and even on work offs without any extra pay. No Job Stability - They can fire anytime especially before getting increment and annual payment Bad Work Culture - People abuse on the floor. There is nothing to like them. Only unprofessionalism.

Dislikes

They are not professionals at all. During hiring they post one designation and in interviews you get to know it's something else. They wasted my 20+ days. They want you to do multi tasks and salary will be low. Their HRs only say please compromise a bit. I qualified all the rounds and at the end moment they didn't have enough budget. Things & Work they demand costs lakhs and they say will pay you 40k. Not expected this thing from them. I'm talking about their office that is in Mumbai....Read More
