Don't join in line 3 in nashik plant Operator here are manager n vise versa . Even manager satyam don't have much knowledge. He ask operator to control his line 😂 Even don't know how to execute monthly planning correctly . Shift schedule is just like a government advertisement which is pasted every Saturday on the walls but manager himself don't know who he gave him week off .

Dislikes

Nothing to like about the company only because of this poor managing skills of manager . Think what will happen if you make a saudi return operator as a manager and give him a line to manage 😂😂😂 terribly insane 😂😂😂

Working culture and upper management behaviour is not as per the designation. And mandatory 2month notice period rule is also not good for employees future.
