1. Work from home. 2. Good for female employees as all benifits and recognition will be considered for mostly female.

Dislikes

1. Favrotism in team by manager specially for female employees. 2. Hike is mostly around 2 to 3 percentage or sometimes no hike. 3. Can't get promotion if your colleagues are working here for morethan 10 years, what wever you will do, how much you have appreciation, nothing will count, all benifits will go to old employees and specially female employees. 4. Bangalore HR is pathetic. 5. If your nature is progressive and proactive then this is not the place for you, but if you don't have any expectation and happy to be stay with out recognition, then this is the place for those persons who can compromise their self respect. 6. Specially JLL TECHNOLOGY is with young lead ship team in Bangalore and they are far away from reality and just enjoying their position. 7. Huge Location descrepensies. 8. JLL HR will suddenly change and lower your designation/ Title from what you have been offered in the name of mass update in workday system after you join....Read More
