It's a mnc but there should be periodic surprise audit schedule every month checking upon the eam feedback on manager leadership.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager play bias games, non practicing company culture on-site.manager monopoly of the manager. Poor leadership, no fair salary payment according to company standard.
