Job Security. Generally, they don't fire people unless they have done something illegal/against company policy. But it kind of encourages laggards. Training and skill development opportunities are plentiful, in fact many of them are mandatory. This is a great place for people with less than 10 yrs of experience.

Dislikes

Crazy bureaucracy. There are regulatory requirements due to it being an audit firm which occupies 50-60% of a manager's time to manage which takes out energy to deliver a project. Second problem is that same person is supposed to 1. Do Sales and win a project 2. Deliver it 3. Manage all risks This is highly inefficient Salary levels are also at least 20% below market

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.
