    1)Diploma engineer job life is only 10 to 15 year max 20 years. in between the time periods sack the blood in same job repeatedly starting to end and again same and location is different without technical knowledge in other field work, the age of 25 to 45 after that his growth is compare to age 28 to 33 come down with all benefit and through out. That time diploma engineer locked financially and mentally locked in his family no happiness, they are working physically not mentally, so company concept is very good, and almost same in BE holder but education is support to him. 2) Every project site know that really one or two experience person work hardly but they not getting appreciation and rating ,due to his experience not take at the time of job after also they are not analyze for failure that means above statement....Read More
