The people among landmark group are very cheerful, working culture is also good but depends on your managers and hod, hr supports are also good, activities and training are held actively.

Dislikes

Promotions are not good, salary deductions are not explained properly, lot of favouritesm and partiality is happening towards individual brand designers through hod not in all brands but specially in the team where i work. Lot of mental torcher we are facing, lot of harrasment and harsh slangs are being used by our hod, even our managers are facing the same issue with our hod. And we are not able to convey the same problems to our company hr because we are not sure how the things will turn out....Read More

Landmark Group - DLL Its basically not a Team with Product mindset, No centralization of work for effective product management. Too many key players and priorities keeps changing. No Product Management Structure. Favoritism and internal politics Successfully completed multiple years without a product release and actual users. Resulting in high attrition.
