Work life balance is good. Offices availability pan india location. Multifrequency access card. Work from any location post covid. Free snacks of amount 45 daily. Career Growth.

Annual hikes are not good at all. Also WFM team is not so active and responsive. Bench policy is not so good. They have laid off already so many once they came to the bench and it’s already been 1 month or more.

Despite the company’s stated commitment to ethical conduct and its whistleblower policy, there are serious concerns about its implementation. Individuals at the management and director level, such as Mr. Naga, have engaged in inappropriate behavior that has harmed employees. Although a whistleblower mechanism exists, reports are nothandled confidentially-HR often discloses the identity of whistleblowers to management instead of investigating the concerns impartially.
